If you live in Uganda and want more TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube followers, likes or views, you can pay on TFAST HUB with the mobile money already on your phone. There are two ways to pay: pay directly for one order, or add money to your wallet first and pay for many orders from your balance. This guide shows both, step by step, and explains how to fix the most common payment problems.

Option 1: Pay Directly for One Order (Pay Now)

Best if you want to try one service or you only order occasionally.

1. Create a free account and log in.
2. Open New Order, choose the platform (for example TikTok), the category and the service.
3. Paste the public link to your profile or video and enter the quantity. The form shows the total in UGX.
4. Tick the box to confirm your order details.
5. Under payment, choose Pay now, then pick a method: MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Airtel Money, PesaPal (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or card), Flutterwave (card and other options), WhatsApp manual payment, or crypto (NOWPayments).
6. Confirm the payment. For MTN MoMo, a prompt appears on your phone – enter your MoMo PIN to approve.

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a few hours, so complete the payment when you place the order.

Option 2: Add Money to Your Wallet, Then Pay From Your Balance

Best if you order often, want faster checkout, or manage several accounts.

1. Go to Add money in your dashboard (tap the wallet balance at the top).
2. Choose a method: Pay with MTN Mobile Money, Pay with Airtel Money, PesaPal, Flutterwave, Pay manually with mobile money (WhatsApp), or cryptocurrency.
3. Enter the amount in UGX. The minimum top-up is UGX 3,500.
4. Check the summary (any gateway charge is shown before you pay), accept the terms and continue.
5. Approve the payment on your phone. Your wallet balance updates once the payment is confirmed.
6. Now place orders and choose Wallet as the payment method.

Wallet or Pay Now: Which Should You Choose?

• Pay now – no balance needed, good for one-off orders.
• Wallet – one top-up, many orders; refunds for failed or partial orders return to your wallet so you can reuse them immediately.

Common Payment Problems and How to Fix Them

I did not get the MTN MoMo prompt

Check that you entered your MTN number correctly, that your phone has network, and that you have no other pending USSD session open. Wait a minute and try again. If it still fails, use another method such as PesaPal or Airtel Money.

Money left my mobile money but my wallet did not update

Some payments take a few minutes to confirm. Check Payment history in your dashboard. If it is still pending after some time, open a support ticket or WhatsApp us on +256 751 399 620 with the transaction ID from your SMS.

"Insufficient balance" when I place an order

Your wallet has less than the order total. Add funds, reduce the quantity, or choose Pay now instead of Wallet.

My amount is below the minimum

The minimum wallet top-up is UGX 3,500. Enter at least that amount.

Is It Safe?

TFAST HUB never asks for your social media password – only the public link or username. Mobile money payments are approved on your own phone with your PIN, which you should never share with anyone, including our support team.
