How do I pay for an order?
Add funds with the payment methods enabled for your account: mobile money such as Airtel Money and MTN MoMo (dial the USSD code shown at checkout and send the exact amount to the merchant number), card checkout, or crypto where available. Deposits credit instantly when verified, or after a short manual verification.
Which currencies are supported?
Prices and deposits work in local currencies including USD, UGX. You pick the currency, and every amount, email and receipt keeps that currency.
How fast are orders delivered?
Most orders start within minutes. Each service states its speed and start time, and progress (start count, remains, status) is visible in your dashboard until the order completes.
What happens if an order fails or gets stuck?
Failed or partially delivered orders are refunded to your balance automatically. Orders that stay pending at the provider are cancelled and refunded after 48 hours, and you are emailed about the refund.
Is there an API for resellers?
Yes. Reseller API keys are available in the dashboard and follow the standard SMM panel contract (POST key with action=services, add, status or balance), so an existing reseller panel or bot can connect to the catalogue.
