Welcome to TFAST HUB (https://tfasthub.test). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our social media marketing (SMM) panel services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "TFAST HUB," "we," "us," or "our" refers to TFAST HUB, a social media marketing services platform.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the TFAST HUB platform.
• "Services" refers to all social media marketing services offered through our platform, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, shares, subscribers, and related engagement services.
• "Order" refers to any service request submitted through our platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to prepaid funds deposited into your TFAST HUB account wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TFAST HUB. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid email address and phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TFAST HUB will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at our support channels if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.
• Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

4. Services Description

TFAST HUB provides social media marketing services across multiple platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, and others. Our services include:

• Follower acquisition and growth services
• Likes, reactions, and engagement boosting
• Video views and watch-time services
• Comment and share services
• Subscriber growth services
• Drip-feed delivery for natural-looking growth
• API access for resellers and agencies

Service descriptions, estimated delivery times, and pricing are displayed on our platform. These may be updated at any time without prior notice. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Orders and Delivery

• Order Placement: Orders are placed through your TFAST HUB dashboard using your account balance. Once an order is submitted, it enters our processing queue.
• Processing: Most orders begin processing within minutes, though some services may take up to 24-72 hours depending on the service type, quantity, and provider availability.
• Delivery: We strive to deliver services within the estimated timeframe shown on the service page. However, delivery depends on third-party social media platform APIs and provider networks, which may experience delays.
• Partial Delivery: If an order cannot be fully completed, the undelivered portion will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
• Drip-Feed Orders: Drip-feed orders spread delivery over a user-specified time period. These orders will take longer to complete by design.

6. Payment Terms

• All services must be paid for in advance by adding funds to your TFAST HUB account balance.
• We accept payments via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT), Visa/Mastercard, Flutterwave, and bank transfer, subject to availability in your region.
• All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of deposit and may vary.
• Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method.
• We are not responsible for transaction fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or mobile money operator.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our full refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Refunds for undelivered or partially delivered orders are credited to your TFAST HUB account balance.
• We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to external payment methods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• Orders that have been completed (fully delivered) are not eligible for refunds.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing begins.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

By using TFAST HUB, you agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide links to accounts or content that contain illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringing material.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our platform, API, or infrastructure.
• Engage in automated scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attacks against our platform.
• Resell our services without proper authorization or misrepresent the source of services to end users.
• Use our services to artificially inflate metrics for deceptive, fraudulent, or scam-related purposes.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or abuse promotional offers.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from our platform.

9. API Usage (For Resellers)

• API access is provided for authorized users who wish to integrate TFAST HUB services into their own platforms.
• API keys are confidential and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API key.
• We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or revoke API access at any time for abuse, excessive requests, or violations of these Terms.
• API service level agreements (SLAs) are not guaranteed. API availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Service Guarantees and Limitations

• No Guarantee of Results: While we strive for quality delivery, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, revenue, engagement rates, or algorithmic benefits from purchased services.
• Third-Party Platforms: Social media platforms may remove followers, likes, or views at any time based on their own policies. TFAST HUB is not responsible for drops caused by platform purges or algorithm updates.
• Refill Guarantee: Some services include a refill guarantee for a specified period. If applicable, this is noted on the service description. Refill requests must be made through the platform.
• Account Safety: While we design our delivery methods to be safe, we cannot guarantee that your social media accounts will not be affected. You use our services at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the TFAST HUB platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and interface designs — is the property of TFAST HUB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TFAST HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TFAST HUB in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from social media platform policy changes, account suspensions, follower drops, or algorithm modifications.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including server outages, natural disasters, or third-party provider failures.

13. Privacy

Your use of TFAST HUB is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of TFAST HUB shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kampala, Uganda.
