Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how TFast Hub services work, what can go wrong, and what you agree to before placing an order. Please read them carefully, especially the platform-specific risks.
Effective and last updated: 17 August 20261. About these services
TFast Hub is operated by TFast Digital Agency in Uganda. We provide access to third-party digital promotion and social media services. We are independent from TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, X, Reddit, LinkedIn and every other platform named on the website. Those companies do not sponsor, approve or guarantee our services.
Service names such as followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, shares, saves, watch time, reach or traffic describe the type of order. They are not a promise of sales, income, discovery, ranking, monetization, verification, brand growth or any other business result.
- Estimated start time
- An estimate, not a deadline. Delays may occur because of provider capacity, platform changes, outages or review.
- Delivery speed
- An approximate rate. Delivery may speed up, slow down, pause or stop.
- Refill
- A limited attempt to replace eligible drops during the stated refill period. A refill is not a lifetime guarantee.
- No refill
- Drops are not replaced after delivery, even if the visible count later decreases.
2. Orders and delivery
- You must provide the exact public profile, page, post or video link required by the selected service. We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong target when the link or username supplied was incorrect.
- The target must remain public and available while the order is running. Changing a username, deleting content, making an account private, restricting access or replacing the link may prevent delivery and may make the order ineligible for a refund.
- Do not place overlapping orders for the same target and service until the earlier order is complete. Simultaneous orders make starting counts and delivery difficult to measure and may prevent a refill or correction.
- Visible counts can update late or differ between public pages, apps, analytics dashboards and regions. We may use available public counters and provider records to assess delivery.
- An order may be completed in parts. A status of completed means the provider reported completion; it does not guarantee that every unit will remain visible permanently.
- We may reject or cancel an order involving unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, fraud, hate, exploitation, intellectual-property violations, restricted goods, political manipulation or any use that could harm another person.
No passwords required
Standard social media orders require only a public username or link. Do not send us a social media password, one-time code, recovery code, session cookie or private access token. If anyone asks for those details while claiming to represent TFast Hub, contact support before continuing.
3. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Your account balance must cover the full order total. Prices and service availability may change before an order is submitted. Once submitted, an order may begin automatically and normally cannot be edited or cancelled.
- If we or the provider cannot start an order, the unused amount may be returned to your TFast Hub balance.
- For a partial delivery, any credit is normally limited to the undelivered portion that can be verified from the starting and final count.
- Completed orders, no-refill services, ordinary drops after delivery, delays within a reasonable processing period, and problems caused by a private, deleted, changed or incorrect target are not automatically refundable.
- Money added to your TFast Hub balance is intended for purchases on the platform. A withdrawal or return to the original payment method is only available where required by law or expressly approved by TFast Hub.
- Opening an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback after receiving value may result in account restriction while the matter is investigated.
4. Platform-specific terms and risks
Platform rules change and may be enforced without notice. You are responsible for reviewing the current rules before every order. The summaries below are provided to make the main risks clear; the linked official policies control.
TikTok Read TikTok's official policy
TikTok prohibits trading or marketing services that artificially increase engagement and may remove fake followers or likes. It also prohibits manipulation of recommendation signals and spam behavior. An order may result in removed activity, reduced For You feed eligibility, content restrictions or account enforcement. We do not guarantee TikTok reach, recommendation, monetization or account safety.
Instagram Read Instagram's official guidelines
Instagram asks users not to artificially collect likes, followers or shares and removes activity associated with inauthentic accounts. Counts can decrease at any time. Orders may affect reach, recommendations, feature access or the standing of an account. We do not guarantee that activity will remain visible or be treated as authentic by Instagram.
Facebook Read Meta's official standards
Facebook and Meta act against fake accounts, coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam and fake engagement. Meta may remove likes or followers, limit distribution or monetization, disable features, remove content or restrict accounts. We do not guarantee page reach, recommendation, ad eligibility, monetization or account safety.
YouTube Read YouTube's fake engagement policy
YouTube prohibits artificial increases in views, likes, comments and subscribers. Artificial traffic may not be counted and may lead to content removal, warnings, strikes, demonetization or channel termination. A third party's actions can affect your channel. We do not guarantee watch time acceptance, monetization eligibility, ranking, revenue or channel safety.
X Read X's authenticity policy
X prohibits platform manipulation, engagement spam and artificial amplification or suppression of information. X may filter activity, reduce reach, remove content, lock features, suspend an account or require verification. We do not guarantee impressions, trend placement, revenue sharing, recommendation or account safety.
Reddit Read the Reddit Rules
Reddit requires authentic participation and prohibits spam, disruptive content manipulation and artificial inflation. Individual communities also enforce their own rules. Votes may be removed or hidden, posts may be filtered, and moderators or Reddit may restrict or suspend accounts. We do not guarantee karma, post visibility, community acceptance or account safety.
LinkedIn Read LinkedIn's official policies
LinkedIn prohibits spam, fake engagement, engagement pods and unauthorized automation. It may limit content distribution, remove engagement, restrict features or temporarily or permanently restrict an account. We do not guarantee impressions, connections, lead generation, professional credibility, recommendation or account safety.
Other platforms
For Telegram, Spotify, Twitch, Discord, Pinterest, websites and any other service, the relevant platform's current terms and community rules apply. Similar risks include filtered or removed activity, loss of monetization, reduced visibility, feature restrictions and account suspension.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
- You must own the target account or have clear permission to promote it. Do not order activity for another person in order to mislead, embarrass, harass or damage them.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable law, advertising disclosure rules, intellectual-property rights and every relevant platform policy.
- You must review the service description, target, quantity, price, refill status and estimated delivery information before submitting an order.
- You must keep your TFast Hub login secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Availability, warranties and liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFast Hub does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, exact start or completion time, retention, source, quality, geographic origin, audience interest, conversion, ranking, monetization, revenue or compliance with a third-party platform's rules.
You accept the risk of changes made by social platforms, including audits, algorithm updates, count corrections, content removal and account enforcement. TFast Hub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss such as lost revenue, lost opportunity, reputational damage, lost data, reduced reach, demonetization or suspension by a third party. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We may change, pause or discontinue a service when a provider, platform, law, security issue or operational problem requires it. We may update these terms, and the effective date above will show the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Please contact support first so we can investigate a complaint using the order ID, target link and relevant evidence.
